Arisha — the bold sword-elf: brash, provocative, teases both Aria and the MC (good for contrast/revving up tension).
Vermeil — a seductive demoness/contract spirit: high-status, magical, perfect for ritual/arcane-footplay scenes.
Alisa (Alya) — the pale, aristocratic exchange student from Russia: cool, refined, slips into Russian sometimes — nice “exotic” touch and slow-burn route.
I’m not asking you to copy anything exactly — just some archetypes that I think would be yummy for the game’s tone. Adapt them however fits your story and tech — I totally trust your vision. If you want, I can send reference screenshots/notes for any of them.
One extra thought about the night shop idea — it could be run by those two horny elf girls from the anime “S-Rank Monster Behemoth but Mistaken for a Cat” (Tama’s story). They’re basically walking fanservice already, so working there naked at night would fit their vibe perfectly and give the location a playful, unique identity. How to adapt them exactly — I’ll leave that up to you, of course. It’s just a fun option that could make the place stand out more.
Another small idea — what if there was a supermarket location in the game with two modes:
🌞 Daytime: normal stuff like snacks, drinks, casual clothes. 🌙 Nighttime: secret fetish shop with sexy outfits, special cards (poses, acts), or items that unlock unique reactions and scenes.
You could also let players buy favorite things for certain girls (like sweets for Koneko), and depending on that, their attitude toward the MC could change — sweeter, more flirty, or teasing.
It’s just a future idea, nothing urgent — but it could make the game feel more interactive and “alive”.

It would make the characters feel more alive and clever, and also give the scenes some humor and personality instead of just “mindless sex doll” vibes.
For example, imagine Koneko kicking the MC in the face with her bare foot afterward — and then calmly saying, “You deserved it… now buy me sweets.” 😏

— You could add a DxD waifu or two: for example, Rias as a Japanese language teacher, and Akeno as a sex-ed teacher. They both live together in the same apartment building where the MC and his childhood friend/neighbor Marin (who’s already in your story) also stay. That would naturally connect them to the plot.
— I also imagined a setup for a scene with Akeno. She could reflect on her life like this: “Let’s say the average teacher’s salary is around 30k. That’s barely enough just to survive. To save something for the future, you’d need another 30k on top. And if I want to look like a proper VIP slut, then at least +40k. That’s why I work as a stripper and sometimes even as a prostitute — it keeps me looking sharp and lets me save up. But I’ll never tell Rias. For her, I’m just an ordinary teacher and friend. The less she knows, the better. She’s too proud and shy anyway, and at 30 years old she’d rather break her back on a teacher’s wage than take this kind of path.”
What do you think about this logic? For me, it’s important that she has a believable reason for side jobs — not just “because it’s hentai.”
